The Brexit debacle, artillery fire and the shadow of Sellafield conspire to recreate the atmosphere of Richard Adams' 1977 bestseller, Plague Dogs, as I continue follow Rowf and Snitter's footsteps through the fells. It's an adventure that takes me off the beaten track in the Duddon Valley, and out to the coast at Drigg, where the story reaches its dramatic finale.
